AvantStay is a travel hospitality startup. They specialize in boutique short-term rentals for large groups (think family reunions, corporate retreats, etc). I developed their creative strategy and curated every aspect of the guest experience (everything from UI/UX to customer touch points). I elevated their social + email marketing, helped craft their investor deck (we raised $20M for our Series A!), and eventually built out a team of interior designers, photographers, copywriters, and other creatives to revamp the brand.

Copy & Art Direction for Welcome Cards - Placed in each home for first time guests. Unique illustration for each region. In this case, grapes for Wine Country.
Design & Copy for Decks ( Brand Partners, Influencers, and Investors).
Enacted staging and photo guidelines for interior designers and photographers to make the homes feel authentically lived in and ripe for a weekend getaway.
Design & Copy for social ads - this was one of our best performing ads. It was followed by influencer photos at our homes.

Going above and beyond for our customer. Homes are stocked with firepits and string lights for roasting s’mores and al fresco dining, along with pool floaties for Instagram worthy vacation pics and games for kids.
Design & Copy for Sales Brochures targeting investment property owners
One of our differentiating factors: localized amenities, design, and activities. This home, located in Newport Beach, hosted skateboards, bikes, water activities and beach themed art and books.
